Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

This Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms governing the return, cancellation, and refund of products purchased on our website prosensor.in (“Website”). By accessing or using our Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.


1. Eligibility for Return

Most items are eligible for return within 10 calendar days of delivery (“return window”), unless otherwise marked as non-returnable.

A product is eligible for return if:

  • It is damaged, defective, missing parts/accessories, or not as described.

  • It is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging (with labels, tags, manuals, warranty cards, etc., intact).

  • A return request is raised within the return window.

  • A return request for damaged items is supported by images and an unboxing video showing the issue and the outer packaging.

Note: For products that are non-compatible due to customer error, returns may be accepted only if the item is unused and in saleable condition.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Lubricants, oils, fluids, sprays

  • Electrical/electronic components (e.g., bulbs, sensors, coils)

  • Glass, windscreens, body panels

  • Installed or tampered items

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

If a defective non-returnable item is delivered, please contact us within 1 calendar day of delivery for review.


3. Return Process

  • Initiate returns via My Orders in your account dashboard.

  • Return requests for damaged items must include photos and unboxing video.

  • Repack the item carefully. Damage during reverse transit may void your return.

  • For returns due to manufacturing defects, a brand-authorized inspection report may be required.

  • If asked to self-ship, use India Post and share a valid receipt. Reimbursement is subject to review.


4. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item passes our quality check.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the return.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank/payment provider.

Non-refundable charges:

  • Shipping fees

  • Payment gateway commissions

  • Service/convenience fees

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged/defective and was reported as required

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product listed as compatible but proven otherwise (platform/catalog error)

  • Order cancelled before shipping

  • Item lost in transit due to courier service failure


5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipping. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

You may request cancellation in case of:

  • Excessive delay in dispatch or delivery

  • Items backordered or out of stock

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed:

  • Within 1 business day (for Paytm gateway)

  • Within 5–6 business days (for Razorpay or other gateways)
